Beginner to intermediate, 20 minutes, zero equipment. Come be weird with me.

This is the class I wish had existed when I first started paying attention to my cycle. It's gentle - we're opening through the heart and hips, giving your nervous system a chance to actually exhale - but there's enough movement that you'll feel like you did something. No props, nothing fancy, just you and your mat. Your period is the time to turn inward, and honestly, movement that actually honours that is one of the simplest things you can do for yourself right now. Something that meets your body where it is. 20 minutes. Come as you are. No props required. Save this for the next time your cycle rolls around, and remember — you're doing a good job.

This one is for you if your hips have been holding onto everything lately. In this 35-minute yin and restorative yoga class, we're slowing way down and giving your hips some long-overdue love. It's gentle, supported, and the kind of practice that meets you exactly where you are. All you need is two blocks (or big books), a bolster (or a pillow), and a blanket or towel.

This is a move-first practice. 35 minutes, intermediate level, minimal instruction — just enough to guide you through and then get out of the way. We're working into hip flexors, external rotation, quads, and chest, building toward sugarcane pose and wheel. Expect a pace that keeps you present. This is a good one for when you want to feel open and wrung out in the best possible way. You're gonna love this one!
